In a marketing world dominated by social, tribal targeting is becoming vital with tribes made up of vastly diverse people rallying together with only their passions in common #space #btsarmy #tesla #thedoctor

These tribes buy products in line with their group, using them as a badge to show their allegiances. Some brands like Monster (Motorsport) St. Pauli FC (music) and Little Moons (K-Pop) have nailed it but the majority have been slow to build their own tribes and associations. Our brands, media chickens and planning peops need to start to knit the old demographic model and this new tribal model together to make it easier for us to find those tribes out there in the vast social seas.
